“Unstable societal condition”

Democracy is an unstable societal condition but it is where persons are more likely to fully realize their potentials as human beings and as citizens. It is made firm by only effective citizen vigilance that extract accountability from all those who represent or tasked to represent others whether as public servants or heads of private organizations.
